Mantell Associates is currently partnered with a hugely successful organisation who are searching for a Chief Commercial Officer to join their leadership team. The business have gone from strength to strength, now with over 15 global sites and 3000 FTE's, they cover everything from discovery through manufacturing, launch through commercialisation, leveraging deep scientific expertise and state-of-the-art technology to ensure every stage of this intricate process advances as quickly and accurately as possible.

Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) - Responsibilities:

  • To develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, plans, forecasts and KPIs

  • Sit on the senior management team and work cross-functionally to maximize outputs from business projects

  • Develop strategies to be innovative in the market and win new customers to the business

  • To manage customer relationships and measure customer satisfaction through customer insight programmes

  • To oversee and evaluate market research and adjust the business strategy as required

Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) - Requirements:

  • A strong, proven commercial background

  • Proven ability to plan, implement and analysis performance results against objectives and KPIs

  • Significant senior management and leadership experience

  • Demonstrable experience of managing operational performance within financial budgets
