Due to recent funding and high performance, they are expanding their service offerings from Biologics & Vaccines into Plasmids & Viral Vectors, offering comprehensive services across early stage development & GMP manufacturing.

Business Development Director - Responsibilities
Lead efforts for new Business Development, Key Account Management and serve as a well rounded, high-performing commercial professional
Identify new opportunities with prospective clients, generate leads and follow up to convert these into contracts
Build the client base for the organisation by demonstrating organisational capabilities and differentiating them from competitors in the market
Nurture existing accounts by further building relationships with key people from those organisations
Negotiate agreements with innovator companies and demonstrate strong technical, scientific knowledge of biomanufacturing
Business Development Director - Requirements:
Bachelors in Biology or a Scientific related discipline, Msc. or PhD would be highly advantageous
Minimum of 3+ years in a commercial role within Life Sciences, CDMO preferred
Proven track record in generating new sales for a Life Sciences organisation
Hard worker, dynamic, outside of the box thinker who has progressed throughout their career and wishes to develop further - attitude key
Willingness to travel
