Mantell Associates is currently working on a Contract search for an EMEA Principal Biostatistician Consultant to join a full-service global CRO.

As EMEA Principal Biostatistician Consultant, you'll be pivotal in leading or supporting various programming aspects of projects, working closely with a Programming team leader. Your role involves developing protocols, overseeing statistical analyses, ensuring data accuracy, and crafting statistical analysis plans. With your advanced technical skills and deep industry knowledge, you'll independently tackle programming tasks and provide valuable insights to ensure project success.

EMEA Principal Biostatistician Consultant - Responsibilities:

• Lead protocol development, including study design and statistical analysis planning

• Provide statistical oversight to ensure quality and consistency in project deliverables

• Ensure data integrity and completeness for statistical analyses

• Craft accurate and timely statistical input for reports and decisions

• Validate analysis methods and explore alternative strategies when necessary

• Mentor peers and provide training on statistical methodologies

• Coordinate and review the work of statisticians across projects to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables

EMEA Principal Biostatistician Consultant - Requirements:

• MS or PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a related field

• 3-5 years of experience for PhD holders, or 6-8 years for MS holders

• Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective collaboration

• In-depth understanding of statistics, drug development processes, and FDA regulations

• Previous experience in pharmaceuticals, CROs, or related industries, especially in clinical trials and interaction with regulatory agencies like the FDA
