Mantell Associates is currently partnered with a market leading global Biotech organisation on their search for a VP of R&D to be part of the leadership team.

VP of R&D - Responsibilities:

• Align R&D activities with company goals and policies, following corporate development guidelines

• Lead, train, and develop the team to deploy development methodologies and enhance manufacturing processes' performance and robustness

• Ensure the transferability of processes to in-house and other production sites, meeting the expectations of recipient teams

• Provide scientific and technical support for production issues, including problem analysis.

VP of R&D - Requirements:

• Scientific expertise in oncology, immune oncology or immunology with a relevant PhD.

• Deep scientific knowledge and working experience in Car-T cells and understanding of pre-clinical, clinical regulatory requirements.

• Successful leadership experience in growing large teams.
