Job description

Mantell Associates is partnered with a global CDMO in their search for a VP of Sales.

VP of Sales - Responsibilities:

  • Provide oversight of all Sales, Business Development, and Marketing activities for the organisation

  • Oversee the Drug Product side of global sales

  • Develop and build the Sales team, including recruitment, training, and resource allocation

  • Identify new business areas to explore and develop for the company's expansion

  • Lead team of 15 people


VP of Sales - Requirements:

  • Skilled in Commercial functions such as Sales/Business Development & Key Account Management

  • Proficient in leading Commercial teams of 10+

  • Excellent at establishing strategic partnerships and expanding networks across diverse backgrounds

  • Extensive experience selling Drug Product capabilities & services

  • Independent critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities

  • Proficient in utilising technology as a vital component of the sales process
