Mantell Associates is partnered with a global CDMO in their search for a VP of Sales.
VP of Sales - Responsibilities:
Provide oversight of all Sales, Business Development, and Marketing activities for the organisation
Oversee the Drug Product side of global sales
Develop and build the Sales team, including recruitment, training, and resource allocation
Identify new business areas to explore and develop for the company's expansion
Lead team of 15 people
VP of Sales - Requirements:
Skilled in Commercial functions such as Sales/Business Development & Key Account Management
Proficient in leading Commercial teams of 10+
Excellent at establishing strategic partnerships and expanding networks across diverse backgrounds
Extensive experience selling Drug Product capabilities & services
Independent critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
Proficient in utilising technology as a vital component of the sales process
