Mantell Associates are partnered with a Small Molecule CDMO organisation in their search for a Vice President of Quality Assurance who will be a key member of the senior leadership team and hold responsibility for building, leading and executing a quality strategy.

Vice President of Quality Assurance - Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic direction and oversight for quality systems as well as the implementation of a quality framework to support the business globally

• Ensure that internal processes and metrics are aligned to create a high level of process consistency, product quality and customer satisfaction

• Substantially strengthen quality systems, determining the appropriate infrastructure and resources required to achieve business objectives

• Contract partner relationships

• Quality process design and development

• Product and facility approval

• Sustainable manufacturing

• Supply through in-house capabilities and well as third-party development and external manufacturing partners

Vice President of Quality Assurance - Requirements:

• Strong industry experience within pharma, biopharma and/or biotech companies

• Direct experience interacting with FDA and other regulatory authorities

• Leadership experience with direct reports and indirect reports

• Proven ability to manage up and down

• Experience working closely with internal and external stakeholders
