Mantell Associates is currently representing a leading Life Science Consultancy in an incredibly exciting period of growth for the business, looking for a Vice President in the Life Sciences practice to support their capabilities and continue their growth.

Vice President, Life Science Consulting - Responsibilities:

• Be an integral member of the senior leadership team, helping grow the business
• Define the objective and scope of strategy engagements and client deliverables
• Lead teams in the execution of engagement
• Act as a leader of our client relationships, to shape the client work, to attract/build/develop talents, and to manage and develop a practice
• Leading a large team of Consultants & Analysts and supporting development
• Work closely with internal divisions to identify new business opportunities
• Play a key part in the leadership of the division and wider business
• Management of Global Market Access or Commercial Strategy projects
• Expanding existing relationships with current clients and also developing new ones
• Takes ownership of and /or assist with the preparation of proposals

Vice President, Life Science Consulting - Requirements:

• At a minimum, a Bachelor's degree with outstanding academic performance and strong leadership experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams on complex assignments and develop individual team members
• Previous management consulting experience is required
• Global Market Access or Commercial Strategy experience within Life Science
• Track record in Business Development
• Have existing relationships with Pharmaceutical & Biotech organisations
