Mantell Associates is currently representing a leading Life Science Consultancy in an incredibly exciting period of growth for the business, looking for a Partner to support their capabilities and continue their growth.

Partner - Responsibilities:
Be an integral member of the leadership team, helping grow the business
Define the objective and scope of strategy engagements and client deliverables
Lead teams in the execution of both commercial due diligence and strategy engagements
Develop business strategies using tools such as market analysis, customer research, macroeconomic forecasting, and portfolio optimisation
Build, manage and grow a global practice while driving operational excellence and cost saving for the companies global clients
Driving the execution of strategic account plans; with internal teams for assigned accounts to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets.
Scaling internal functions and contributing to the development of a fast-growing organisation
Act as a leader of our client relationships, to shape the client work, to attract/build/develop talents, and to manage and develop a practice
Partner - Requirements:
At a minimum, a Bachelor's degree with outstanding academic performance and strong leadership experience
Demonstrated ability to lead teams on complex assignments and develop individual team members
Ability to make detailed assessments of industry, products, markets, competitors and customers to identify risks and opportunities in pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, device or life sciences tools
Previous management consulting experience is required
Track record in Business Development
