Mantell Associates is partnered with a renowned multinational biomedical and biotechnology company at the forefront in the design and manufacture of Dental Implants, Prosthetic components and Surgical Instruments. They are searching for a dynamic, professional and self-motivated Sales Representative for Frankfurt.
Territory Manager, Frankfurt - Responsibilities:
Responsible for soliciting new sales and maintaining existing client base
Develop relationships with dental practices, dental schools and hospitals-based dental residency programs
Deliver presentations to dental staff and residents, often technical
Attendance to all applicable national trade shows and company meetings as requested
Submit timely sales report activity, and overall summary of progress to GM as requested
Implement sales strategies as set by GM
Territory Manager, Frankfurt - Requirements:
B.S. Business, Marketing, Engineering or Science
Strong background in the dental and/or dental biotech industry with proven sales results
Minimum of 3 years of outside dental sales experience required
Knowledge and experience of sales growth process
Strong written and oral presentation skills
Must possess exceptional follow-up skills, strong work ethic and be able to work and thrive in an independent environment
Candidate will have a clear vision of growth strategy
Must be willing to travel domestically
Ability to travel overnight including some weekends
Regularly manage and plan territory business through CRM Sales Force
Must demonstrate ability to work on own initiative and also as part of a team.
