Mantell Associates have exclusively partnered with a leading CDMO on their search for a Territory Manager with a strong scientific understanding/background.
As Territory Manager, you will be responsible for implementing a sales strategy that will facilitate meeting and exceeding sales, gross profit and unit goals, whilst also providing service and technical support to customers on a regular and ongoing basis.
Territory Manager - Responsibilities:
Manage current accounts to assure growth in sales
Plan and develop new regional accounts
Organise client relationship opportunities such as project proposals, budgeting, service contacts and work orders
Improve current account and business opportunities by working with regional resources
Oversee opportunities progression and leads
Look after account compliance to ensure company contracts are maximised to full potential
Sell target accounts, identify prospects and create new ideas to generate revenue and new and new opportunities
Resolve issues and ensure highest level of quality service by coordinating with centre team and management
Territory Manager - Requirements:
University degree would be highly regarded
Minimum 5+ years experience in an Enterprise Sales role
Strong written and verbal communication skills including demonstrable presentation skills, negotiation skills and strong closing ability
Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively and influence a broad range of stakeholders, internal and external
