Job description

Mantell Associates have exclusively partnered with a leading CDMO on their search for a Territory Manager with a strong scientific understanding/background.

As Territory Manager, you will be responsible for implementing a sales strategy that will facilitate meeting and exceeding sales, gross profit and unit goals, whilst also providing service and technical support to customers on a regular and ongoing basis.

Territory Manager - Responsibilities:

  • Manage current accounts to assure growth in sales

  • Plan and develop new regional accounts

  • Organise client relationship opportunities such as project proposals, budgeting, service contacts and work orders

  • Improve current account and business opportunities by working with regional resources

  • Oversee opportunities progression and leads

  • Look after account compliance to ensure company contracts are maximised to full potential

  • Sell target accounts, identify prospects and create new ideas to generate revenue and new and new opportunities

  • Resolve issues and ensure highest level of quality service by coordinating with centre team and management

Territory Manager - Requirements:

  • University degree would be highly regarded

  • Minimum 5+ years experience in an Enterprise Sales role

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including demonstrable presentation skills, negotiation skills and strong closing ability

  • Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively and influence a broad range of stakeholders, internal and external
