Due to significant growth projects for their manufacturing division they are now looking for an experienced manufacturing operator to join them to help teach and train their future operators.

Technical Trainer - Responsibilities:

• Be a crucial team member of the manufacturing operations team responsible for developing and rolling out training specific to the manufacturing of a catheter medical device product

• Support your team with their learning and development needs

• Help construct and devise relevant training and development material

• Work with the head of department to identify strengths and weaknesses within the team and aim to react accordingly

• Be a subject matter expert when it comes to processes and delivery of catheter manufacturing within your team and the broader industry

Technical Trainer - Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in a Medical Device manufacturing environment

• Catheter experience is highly desirable

• An enthusiasm for best processes and a passion for training and teaching is essential

This role will be mostly onsite, based just outside Cambridge MA. Please ensure you are able to commute / relocate to the location before applying. Sponsorship/ H1B Transfer is a possibility for this company however there is no relocation support on offer.
