​Mantell Associates is currently partnered with a leading global CDMO organisation specialising in the research, development and manufacturing organisation which offer a wide-ranging chemical capabilities and services and are on the search for a Senior Manager of R&D.

Sr. Manager of R&D Responsibilities:

• Evaluate new projects

• Assist in batch record preparation

• Supervise technology transfer as required

• Contribute to developmental analytical methods (HPLC, GC, NMR, etc.) as required

• Maintain, organize, and present experimental output

• Author and review project-specific development reports

Sr. Manager of R&D Requirements:

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities

• Software use – especially Microsoft Office, ChemDraw, ELN

• Proficiency with typical chemical process laboratory equipment and instrumentation

• Familiarity with cGMP, OSHA, and EPA regulatory guidelines for an API environment

• Familiarity with, and ability to use PPE - including a respirator as required
