Mantell Associates is partnered with an up and coming Cell & Gene CDMO who are growing rapidly as part of a transformation. With extremely strong financial backing, the business have also put together a brilliant team who are dedicated to bringing cutting edge Cell Therapies to the market for both clients and patients. Following the acquisition of new facilities, they are set for a very exciting few years and are now seeking a Senior Vice President of Business Development to head up all commercial activity for the business and lead them through their next stage of growth.

Senior Vice President Business Development - Responsibilities:
Oversee the commercial function of the organisation, including Business Development, Sales & Marketing
Define and execute both short and long term business strategy, working very closely with the CEO & the board
Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with Biopharma customers
Lead and build a top performing sales team as well as a marketing department
Drive company values, revenue growth and profitability by offering high quality leadership
Senior Vice President Business Development - Requirements:
Minimum of BSc degree in a Life Science related discipline, Msc or PhD preferred, MBA highly desirable
Previous Sales & Business Development leadership at a Biomanufacturing organisation (CDMO preferred)
Track record of leading high value deals related to drug development or Biomanufacturing
Strong knowledge of the Cell & Gene Therapy market
Experience working in a fast paced, high growth Biomanufacturing organisation
