Mantell Associates has exclusively partnered with a global and industry leading, Pharmaceuticals company on their search for a Senior Technical Sales Consultant, with a strong scientific/engineering background.
Key Account Manager Responsibilities:
Selling Chromatography consumables, providing a high level of Technical Advice and Customer Service to your customer base; whilst ensuring the territory meets sales, profit, and unit goals
Visiting customers in their laboratories or workplace, developing strong relationships, providing product/training presentations and attending conferences where appropriate
Identifying new prospective buyers within your territory and originating communication with customers
Developing business plans, market analysis, and sales strategies for assigned territory
Consistently maintaining a positive attitude, being a team player, striving to learn and contributing to company culture
Key Account Manager Requirements:
Minimum 2 years sales experience with proven track record for successfully reaching and surpassing revenue goals
Analytical thinking and able to confidently present ideas
Strong communication and organisational skills, ability to plan and assign resources in a detailed fashion
Motivation and desire to be successful with a “can do” approach
Bachelor’s or higher degree in BioChemistry, Chemistry or any Life Science and a valid driver’s license is required
