Mantell Associates is partnered with a Biotech organisation specialising in food production and safety. They are searching for a Senior Sales Manager to join their growing team.
Senior Sales Manager - Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the CEO
- Develop and implement the company's sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Visit customers and sell our products
- Attend industry events, conferences, and tradeshows to promote the company and generate leads
- Build-up and manage our UK office
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, customers and industry key opinion leaders
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base
- Develop and implement pricing strategies that are competitive and profitable
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure alignment on sales initiatives
Senior Sales Manager - Requirements:
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and experience in the foodtech, diagnostics or related industry
- Strong sense of ownership, strategic thinking, and responsibility to ensure success
- Possess professional work experience in a Commercial function, including Sales/Business Development and Key Account Management
- Demonstrate experience in leading Commercial teams
- Excel at building and expanding networks with individuals from diverse backgrounds and industries
- Prove a track record of establishing successful strategic partnerships
- Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Exhibit independent critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
- Feel comfortable and confident using technology as an essential component of the sales process
- Be highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects and client engagements simultaneously
