Mantell Associates is currently partnered with a well-established Biotech organisation. They are currently looking to strengthen their Commercial team through the appointment of a Senior Sales Manager.
Senior Sales Manager - Responsibilities:
Reporting to the CEO, develop and implement the company's sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets
Visit customers and sell our products
Attend industry events, conferences, and tradeshows to promote the company and generate leads
Build-up and manage our UK office
Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, customers and industry key opinion leaders
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base
Develop and implement pricing strategies that are competitive and profitable
Collaborate with different departments to ensure alignment on sales initiatives
Senior Sales Manager - Requirements:
Proven track record of driving sales growth and experience in the foodtech, diagnostics or related industry
Possess professional work experience in a Commercial function, including Sales/Business Development and Key Account Management
Demonstrate experience in leading Commercial teams
Strong sense of ownership and strategic thinking
Excel at building and expanding networks with individuals from diverse backgrounds and industries
Prove a track record of establishing successful strategic partnerships
Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Exhibit independent critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
Feel comfortable and confident using technology as an essential component of the sales process
Be highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects and client engagements simultaneously
