​​Mantell Associates is currently partnered with a leading global CDMO organisation specialising in the research, development and manufacturing organisation which offer a wide-ranging chemical capabilities and services and are on the search for a Senior Manager of R&D.

Sr. Manager of R&D Responsibilities:

• Evaluate new projects

• Assist in batch record preparation

• Supervise team of scientists

• Contribute to developmental analytical methods (HPLC, GC, NMR, etc.) as required

• Maintain, organize, and present experimental output

• Author and review project-specific development reports

​

Sr. Manager of R&D Requirements:

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities

• Proficiency with typical chemical process laboratory equipment and instrumentation

• Familiarity with cGMP, OSHA, and EPA regulatory guidelines for an API environment

• Possess extensive knowledge of Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Organic Chemistry and Unit Operations, or of Reaction Engineering, Heat Transfer, Scale-up, Process Safety and Industrial Operations, or of drug product unit operations, solids flow phenomena and process equipment principles and practices and is able to effectively share them with others
