Mantell Associates is partnered with a CDMO seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join their dynamic team.
Senior Project Manager - Responsibilities:
Provide overall leadership and direction for projects, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and budgetary constraints
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication, addressing inquiries, and providing updates on project progress, timelines, risks, and mitigation strategies
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget, while adhering to regulatory requirements and quality standards
Identify and proactively manage project risks, implementing appropriate risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize potential project disruptions
Monitor project milestones, budgets, and resources ensure adherence to established timelines and budgets, and promptly address any deviations or issues
Senior Project Manager - Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering discipline. Advanced degree (MSc, PhD, MBA) preferred
Proven experience in project management In-depth understanding of biologics drug development, manufacturing processes, and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA) for biopharmaceutical products
Demonstrated success in managing and delivering complex projects on time and within budget, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software, with proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Smartsheet)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders, both internal and external, and facilitate collaboration and alignment
