Mantell Associates is partnered with a leading CDMO who are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join their dynamic team. ​

Senior Project Manager - Responsibilities:

• Manage tech transfer projects of new products to be transferred into GRAM manufacturing facilities

• Assists with the professional development of the Project Managers and Associate Project Managers

• Responsible for the creation, monitoring and control of project schedules, risk management, assigning responsibilities, action items and critical path items

• Responsible for the day-to-day operational aspects of projects and scope

• Responsible for authoring project work orders and change orders

• Ensures invoice milestones are completed in a timely fashion

• Lead the initiation, planning, execution, control and closure of tech transfer projects.

• Availability to flex schedule to host customers while on-site

• Act as a liaison between customers and team members

• Serve as a liaison for the Project Management team and the evaluation of new business opportunities

• Communicate effectively with customers to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions

• Seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships

Senior Project Manager - Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Biochemistry, or other Life Sciences or related field

• 10 years related work experience in a manufacturing industry

• Experience in developing and managing change controls for the transfer of new products into a manufacturing facility

• Must have proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook PowerPoint, and/or other relevant Project Management software

• PMP or other applicable Project Management certification

• Senior Project Manager is detail oriented and has excellent organizational, communication and management skills to coordinate with the entire team and customers
