Due to significant growth in every division they are looking for a Senior Program Manager to have complete oversight over their new products development.

Senior Program Manager - Responsibilities:

• Have ownership and responsibility for the inception and delivery of all new product development programmes globally

• Lead cross-functional delivery teams and ensure delivery timelines and targets are achieved

• Be responsible for budget and resource allocation

• Act as the voice of the programmes to senior & executive leadership

• Liaise with any relevant external third parties and stakeholders as necessary

• Create a supportive culture of high performance and individual accountability

Senior Program Manager - Requirements:

• Extensive career experience in project & program management of new medical device products

• Bsc / Msc in Engineering or highly technical field

• Project Management qualification (PMP / Agile / Six Sigma etc)

• Must be comfortable complying with ISO 13485, FDA and EU regulations

• Full end - to - end product delivery demonstration

• Proven people / team management and experience working at the exec level
