Due to significant growth projects for the business they are looking to expand their Manufacturing function with a Senior Process Development Engineer

Senior Process Development Engineer - Responsibilities:

• Work with your Process Development team to be the voice of manufacturing across R&D, Product Management and Quality

• Analyse and optimise manufacturing processes

• Contribute to material and equipment selection, equipment installation and assessment of inputs & outputs

• Contribute to Design Transfer when it comes to manufacturing activities

Senior Process Development Engineer - Requirements:

• 5 years industry experience preferably in Medical Device manufacturing facility focusing on process optimisation and development

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management experience

• Strong understanding of glueing, UV, heat bonding, catheter assembly will be highly desirable.

This role will be onsite, based just outside Cambridge MA. Please ensure you are able to commute / relocate to the location before applying. Sponsorship/ H1B Transfer is unfortunately not an option for this position, you must hold a US Work or residence Permit.
