Senior Manager QC Responsibilities:

• Maintain tidy and organised laboratories that will uphold to an audit at any time.

• Lead and guide a team of analysts.

• Set budgets and timelines for the laboratory.

• Complete performance reviews and maintain a system of constant improvement with you direct reports.

Senior Manager QC Requirements:

• 6-8 years of management experience within a lab setting.

• A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Biology or any related scientific field.

• Must possess strong knowledge of SOPs, laboratory procedures, FDA and ICH guidance, USP regulations, analytical testing techniques, and cGMP.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
