Mantell Associates is currently partnered with a leading boutique strategy consulting firm based in the UK in their search for a Senior Manager.

This consultancy are a boutique focusing on the entire asset commercialisation lifecycle including R&D consulting, strategic marketing, as well as competitive analysis. Taking a long-term view, this organisation are not aggressive and tough consultants but rather client thought partners that guide their strategic decisions for the future. Leveraging their network to bring in innovative projects, they are undergoing organic growth and adding additional talent.
They are looking for a Senior Manager who will independently manage projects with coaching from VP-level and Partner-level employees. This individual will also lead 2-4 junior consultants and will be responsible for building them into the best client partners they can be.
Senior Manager – Responsibilities:
Contribute to BD and bring in Pharmaceutical and Biotech projects to the business
Manage Consulting projects independently including RFP, research, and delivery of slide decks
Coach Junior Consultants in a warm and nurturing style and own their professional development
Act as a brand ambassador and develop the company’s image in the market
Senior Manager – Requirements:
Advanced Degree in a relevant field (Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biochemistry)
At least 5 years’ experience in Commercial Life Sciences Consulting, preferably with a focus on Asset Commercialisation and R&D Consulting
Experience leading and managing project teams
Ability to mentor and communicate with different styles of people
