They harness data and AI to develop novel therapies to target a broad range of therapies. They're looking for a passionate Senior level Data Scientist to join their team.

Senior Data Scientist - Responsibilities:

• Apply, extend and develop cutting-edge computational methods for analyzing single-cell -omics / NGS data

• Work as a member of teams of world-class data scientists developing and deploying robust, generalizable solutions to core scientific problems

• Develop models for analyzing such data in combination with other paired data modalities

• Collaborate with other data scientists and engineers to develop rigorous data-driven methods to support translational drug development

Senior Data Scientist - Requirements:

• Msc / PhD (preferred) in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Statistics or similar

• 5+ years of Data Science / Computational work in a Life Sciences or biotechnology setting

• Expertise in machine learning/probabilistic modeling and methods development for applications in biology (e.g., NGS, single-cell -omics etc.)

• Experience with high-dimensional biological datasets

• Fluency and familiarity with Python and any of the common ML frameworks (PyTorch, Tensorflow, Jax)

• Track record of effective cross-functional collaboration
