Senior Manager Responsibilities:

• Managing a team of Consultants

• Providing strategic oversight on projects

• Have high level conversations with Senior Leadership teams every single day

• Devise strategic plans on the commercial level

• Report directly into the Partners

Senior Manager Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience within the consulting industry

• Experience in the commercial side of life science consulting

• Experience working in client facing role whilst leading teams of 4+ people.
