They’re looking for a Senior Clinical Trial Associate to support planning, execution and closeout of outsourced clinical trials and assist in organizing and preparing study files.

Senior Clinical Trial Associate - Responsibilities:

• Support the clinical development team in the overall management of studies, including planning, execution and closeout of outsourced clinical trials protocol

• Organize and prepare study files related to study tracking and reporting and submit them to the Trial Master File within established guidelines, maintain up-to-date documentation for all study sites globally

• Include and are not limited review of the clinical trial master files, archiving and organizing clinical trial master file documents, including clinical study site documents, email correspondence, training materials and other study documents

• May work cross functionally to support as a liaison with review boards and independent data monitoring committees and attend meetings as needed

• Track CRO/site compliance and performance within project timelines

• Act as the central contact for the clinical operations team for designated project communication, correspondence, and associated documentation

Senior Clinical Trial Associate - Requirements:

• Associate degree

• 4 years’ experience supporting clinical studies at a Pharmaceutical/Biotech or CRO

• ICH GCP regulations and clinical protocol experience

• Strong initiative

• Sound problem solving skills
