Mantell Associates is currently partnered with a leading CDMO in the biologics space, and they are seeking a talented Senior Business Development Manager to drive their growth strategy and expand their customer base. This role is responsible for creating and executing business development plans, managing key customer relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of projects.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business development strategies to grow the customer base and achieve revenue targets
Identify new business opportunities through market research and analysis, attending conferences and tradeshows, and networking with industry stakeholders
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, serving as the primary point of contact for business development activities
Lead the proposal process for new business opportunities, including preparation, submission, and negotiation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management, scientific, and technical teams, to ensure successful execution of projects
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, life sciences, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of business development experience in the biologics CDMO or CRO industry
Proven track record of developing and executing successful business development strategies, achieving revenue targets, and expanding customer base
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
