Mantell Associates is currently partnered with one of the most innovative CDMOs who are searching for a Senior Business Development Director, Account Management to join their team.

Senior Business Development Director, Account Management - Responsibilities:

  • Able to achieve targeted access goals with assigned accounts

  • Developing and executing innovative market access strategies as well as traditional strategies

  • Implement and execute Strategic Account Plans in cooperation with relevant functions (MSLs, Medical Affairs, Marketing and Market Access)

  • Establish strong relationships with Sales teams and provide on-going clear communication

  • Strong collaboration counterparts and leadership team

  • Maintain and build good relationship with key stakeholders

  • Identify emerging customers and support team to adapt to changes

  • Ensure processes are in place to drive clear communication with sales teams to ensure clarity of access positions and support pull-through efforts

Senior Business Development Director, Account Management - Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required; a Master's Degree is a strong plus

  • 4-5 years of account management experience, other managed markets experience, or other related experience required

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Able to analyze/use data and incorporate understanding into decision criteria

  • Innovative thinker with an understanding of legal/regulatory environment
