Job description

​Mantell Associates are currently partnered with a leading French CDMO organisation on their search for a Senior Account Manager to continue their growth of key accounts.

Senior Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • To actively drive customer requirements within the organisation to deliver 100% customer satisfaction.

  • To deal directly with client base to ensure client expectations are maintained to high standards.

  • Establish and build strong working relationships within the business leaders and fellow team members to ensure the successful delivery of services to customers.

  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries ensuring timely and accurate information is communicated.

  • Investigate, track and resolve customer and client concerns, identify trends and implement solutions.

  • To work closely with a broad range of internal business partners to ensure customer queries are resolved.

  • Handle and resolve customer complaints (interacting with internal support groups and QA).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required- Science or Business Degree

  • 5 plus years of demonstrated success in sales (selling to Pharma desirable)

  • Experience with leading a sophisticated sales process including experience selling across multiple departments, levels and multiple partners

  • Proven ability to work effectively with Channel partners

  • Understanding of Workflow management to discover opportunities and meet customer needs

  • Effective negotiation skills
