Mantell Associates are currently partnered with a leading French CDMO organisation on their search for a Senior Account Manager to continue their growth of key accounts.
Senior Account Manager Responsibilities:
To actively drive customer requirements within the organisation to deliver 100% customer satisfaction.
To deal directly with client base to ensure client expectations are maintained to high standards.
Establish and build strong working relationships within the business leaders and fellow team members to ensure the successful delivery of services to customers.
Respond promptly to customer enquiries ensuring timely and accurate information is communicated.
Investigate, track and resolve customer and client concerns, identify trends and implement solutions.
To work closely with a broad range of internal business partners to ensure customer queries are resolved.
Handle and resolve customer complaints (interacting with internal support groups and QA).
Bachelor’s Degree required- Science or Business Degree
5 plus years of demonstrated success in sales (selling to Pharma desirable)
Experience with leading a sophisticated sales process including experience selling across multiple departments, levels and multiple partners
Proven ability to work effectively with Channel partners
Understanding of Workflow management to discover opportunities and meet customer needs
Effective negotiation skills
