Mantell Associates is currently partnered with one of the most innovative organisations in the Cell and Gene Therapy space, who are searching for a Regional Sales Manager to join their team.
Regional Sales Manager - Responsibilities:
Responsible for meeting annual sales and gross margin budgets for your region
Manage existing customer base and oversee ongoing business operations
Develop and execute sales programs to attract new clients and highlight the company's product offerings and competitive advantages
Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth within your region
Create and implement account management plans for strategic global customers
Negotiate complex, long-term contracts such as Supply Agreements, Development Agreements, and Licensing Agreements
Gather and analyse market data to create and implement global product marketing strategies
Serve as a key liaison between internal groups and external customers
Contribute to standard forecasting and funnel management processes and provide detailed reports to the leadership team
Lead and train the sales team to become experts and leaders in the market
Regional Sales Manager - Requirements:
Possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutics, Life Science or a related field
Have several years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Possess strong consultative sales skills with a strategic mindset, and a dedication to executing an ambitious growth plan for the company
Have established contacts in major pharmaceutical organisations and a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics
Able to cultivate long-term customer relationships and translate excellent customer service into sales success
Possess a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical and drug discovery industries
Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
