Mantell Associates is currently partnered with one of the most innovative organisations in​ the Cell and Gene Therapy space, who are searching for a Regional Sales Manager to join their team.

Regional Sales Manager - Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for meeting annual sales and gross margin budgets for your region

  • Manage existing customer base and oversee ongoing business operations

  • Develop and execute sales programs to attract new clients and highlight the company's product offerings and competitive advantages

  • Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth within your region

  • Create and implement account management plans for strategic global customers

  • Negotiate complex, long-term contracts such as Supply Agreements, Development Agreements, and Licensing Agreements

  • Gather and analyse market data to create and implement global product marketing strategies

  • Serve as a key liaison between internal groups and external customers

  • Contribute to standard forecasting and funnel management processes and provide detailed reports to the leadership team

  • Lead and train the sales team to become experts and leaders in the market

Regional Sales Manager - Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutics, Life Science or a related field

  • Have several years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry

  • Possess strong consultative sales skills with a strategic mindset, and a dedication to executing an ambitious growth plan for the company

  • Have established contacts in major pharmaceutical organisations and a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics

  • Able to cultivate long-term customer relationships and translate excellent customer service into sales success

  • Possess a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical and drug discovery industries

  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
