Mantell Associates is partnered with a full-service Biopharmaceutical CDMO in their search for a Project Manager to be the primary point of contact with clients.

Project Manager - Responsibilities:

• Act as primary contact for clients

• Responsible for coordinating the communication with clients regarding all matters around contract negotiation, production schedules and testing

• Write, negotiate, and distribute Statements of Work (SOW) for accepted proposals

• Initiate project Bills of Material and ensure timely follow-up and coordination with Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Materials Management

• Initiate preparation of a Project Plan for a new project with a timeline in consultation with relevant departments

• Coordinate periodic project review meetings as required to discuss the project's progress and status with all relevant departments

• Facilitate fast, accurate communication, both in-house, and with clients by participating in Project Meetings and Operation Meetings

Project Manager - Requirements:

• A Bachelor of Science Degree

• At least 2 years project management experience (preferably gained within a CDMO of biological manufacturing environment)

• Experience with Smartsheet project management software would be beneficial

• Expertise in managing project scopes, timelines & deliverables

• Ability to manage large or multiple projects

• Excellent communication, organisation, planning and presentation skills

• Demonstrated experience with timeline development

• Experience with project management concepts, practices, and procedures
