Mantell Associates is currently partnered with a specialist Process Automation organisation, who automate systems in the areas of pharmaceutical, bio and food technology. They are looking for a Project Engineer, Automation to join their growing team, offering plenty of space for professional development as well as an appreciative and pleasant working atmosphere.
Project Engineer, Automation - Responsibilities:
Work on all work packages together as a team from the start of the project to the end with a high degree of personal responsibility and quality standards
Clarification of technical requirements and creation of software specifications
Software creation, software testing and qualification
Commissioning for customers nationally and internationally
Preparation of project documentation and operating instructions for customer specialist staff
Troubleshooting and analysis of the customer's systems including initiation of improvement measures
Technical support for sales
Project Engineer, Automation - Requirements:
Technically skilled, flexible and proactive
Completed studies or technical training in the field of bio/food technology, automation/electrical engineering or a comparable field
Initial knowledge of a process control system (e.g. Siemens SIMATIC Step7/PCS7, WinCC/flex/TIA Portal), in-depth knowledge is an advantage
Understanding of biopharmaceutical processes desirable
Professional experience in plant engineering desirable
Strong communication skills, initiative and high customer orientation
Willingness to travel worldwide
Good knowledge of German and good English
