Mantell Associates is partnered with a leading CDMO who is seeking a dynamic Program Manager in alignment with the overall organisational goals.

Program Manager - Responsibilities:

• Act as main point of contact with clients

• Oversee all projects within your team, with 4 direct reports

• Manage program throughout the the program life cycle

• Define the program governance

• Plan the overall program and monitor the progress

• Manage programs budget

• Manage risks and issues and take corrective measures

• Coordinate multiple projects at the same time

• Managing resources across different projects

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders

Program Manager - Requirements:

• PMP Certificate

• Experience overseeing multiple projects and project managers

• Leadership experience to coach, mentor and lead a team

• CDMO and/or Aseptic experience is a plus

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Strong management skills

• Strong project management skills

• Good knowledge in program management methodology and techniques

• Able to work positively with a range of individuals

• Excellent budgeting and resource allocation

• Able to problem solve at a high level
