Mantell Associates is currently partnered with a growing Medical Devices organisation, who are searching for two Production Managers to join their team.

Production Manager - Responsibilities:

• Provide local management to the teams (stationed in the field) and be a privileged interlocutor
• Depending on the production plan established by the workshop manager, contribute to the organisation of the work of the production team
• Ensure compliance with the schedule defined by the Resp. workshop - alert if the schedule is not respected, modify the schedule in the event of absence, hazards, etc., reorganise the team in case of unforeseen circumstances
• Coordinate interventions with the maintenance technician
• Contribute to a good transition during team changes - complete the email for passing instructions at each shift change, carry out the passing of instructions orally with the next team leaders,
• Position yourself as a reference regarding respect for the rules of life and the quality of work, inform the Prod manager and HR services
• Identify and report the training needs of your team
• Ensure cross-functional communication with the company's ancillary services
• Train staff in the use of equipment and new procedures
• Check good usage practices on the equipment
• Organise the supply of clean room and packaging stocks
• Promote respect and application - Good production and working practices in clean rooms (e.g.: clothing, batch trace ability, recordings, hygiene, safety instructions, etc.); operating procedures and specifications in production; deadlines, quantities and quality,
• Position yourself as a reference in the production area on behaviour, quality of work and respect for the rules of life
• Update production indicators: rereading and recording batches, productivity, yields and trace ability,
• Report deviations and carry out a first level of investigation, take immediate action according to deviation standards and ensure product security.

Work Timetable:

• Work in 2x8 - One week in the morning (5:15AM - 12:45PM ) then one week in the afternoon (12:30PM - 8PM ) / 7 hours per day from Monday to Friday (35 hours per week).

Production Manager - Responsibilities:

• An industry-oriented technical training background (Bac+ 3 minimum)
• Successful experience in production team management within an industrial company, ideally in the pharmaceutical or medical device sector
• Fluent in English
• B2 level in French
• Willing to be on site
