The company we are partnering with is perhaps one of the fastest growing medical devices companies in the world and are looking to double their American size by the end of this year.
Having recently acquired 2 companies in the past 2 years, they grew into little more than 1800 people. They use high-performance flexible materials for the Life Science, Pharmaceutical and even biopharmaceutical markets. In addition, innovation and production is their core and main priority which has made them a world leader in this space across multiple industries. The Account Manager role will hold the responsibility for the central area of United States, and come in to hold 70% of the accounts.
Account Manager Responsibilities:
Identifies new, potential clients and begins the relationship process
Perform key sales responsibilities such as: aggressively prospects and drives new business from current and future sites, building a funnel of opportunities, develop and maintain an on-going relationship with Company clients while also driving new business
Understand and develop viable strategies to help the client manufacture their product, as it relates to our products/ services and continued use of our products/services
Partnering with inside sales reps through driving new business, cross selling, and promoting new applications
Expedites resolutions when complaints, concerns, or issues arise
Prepares and conducts presentations that meet and exceed the needs of the customer
Prepares reports and updates for our management team on a regular basis
Provides feedback from the customer to our internal team(s) as well as propose ideas to enhance products and service
Attends tradeshows and other promotional events
Account Manager Requirements:
Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or Pharmaceuticals/ Biotechnology
Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in Pharma/BioPharma Sales with proven sales achievements
Demonstrated ability for strategic planning
Able to Travel 50% of the time
CRM use/expertise; SalesForce preferred
Understanding of Pharm/BioPharm Manufacturing Process
Demonstrated presentation, and oratory skills
