Partner - Responsibilities:

• Play a key leadership role in our Health business

• Managing and growing your own client portfolio

• Demonstrating entrepreneurial drive to increase the profitability and efficiency of your business

• Well networked and skilled in building strategic client relationships at a senior level, using clear strategic thinking and your broad experience to build strong relationships and influence strategic decision-making

• You will be part of the Health leadership team,  working with the Managing Partner and other Partners to build the Health business

• Inspire the team and nurture a strong culture

  
  

Partner - Requirements:

• They are looking for a proactive, positive strategic leader who can inspire and lead teams to deliver our business vision.  10+ years of experience in research & insight is a must

• Change agent, helping your teams to look forward, take risks and focus on the big picture

• Inspiring people leader and coach with strong emotional intelligence

• Commercially-focused and able to create and sell broad thinking and innovative solutions

• Strong project and stakeholder management skills. Able to lead and prioritise to deliver outstanding quality on time

• Outstanding presentation and storytelling skills

• Highly motivated and driven, with a hunger to win and grow our business

• Able to travel extensively as the job requires
