Mantell Associates is currently representing a leading market research organisation in an incredibly exciting period of growth for the business, looking for a Partner in the healthcare practise to support their capabilities and continue their growth.

The Partner will be a seller-doer, contributing to thought leadership and business development, as well as leading research projects for blockbuster key accounts.

Partner - Responsibilities:

• Contribute to thought leadership with industry white papers

• Develop new accounts with key biopharmaceutical clients in Europe

• Act as a brand ambassador within key markets

• Own and lead all aspects of qualitative engagements

Partner - Requirements:

• 10+ years in a top tier healthcare market research firm

• Ability to lead key accounts in excess of £5m annual revenues

• PhD in Biological Sciences or related field preferred

• Proven experience leading teams as a coach leader
