Job description

​Mantell Associates have partnered with a highly ambitious US Medical Device company, on their search for a Operations Associates; Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, this person will play a pivotal role within the team, helping the company develop the the next generation of Intravascular Imaging Catheters.

Job Type:

  • Full Time Contract // 7 - 12 Months // 40 Hour Week (Additional hours available)

Start Date:

  • ASAP

Salary:

  • $26 p/h ($208 p/d)

Location:

  • Greater Boston, MA

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Store items in an orderly and accessible manner.

  • Mark bulk and stock items using identification tags, stamps, or other labeling equipment.

  • Keep bulk, stock, and staging areas clean in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

  • Maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.

  • Receives, unpacks, and delivers goods; re-stocks items as necessary; labels shelves.

  • Route and/or file packing slips to the appropriate personnel or location.

  • Pick (kit) and deliver stock orders from inventory on a timely manner.

  • Responsible for shipment of outgoing items.

  • Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; tracks orders and investigates problems.

  • Interacts with vendors and departments regarding procurement procedures and status of orders.

  • Process and document returns as required following established procedures.

  • If required, labeling and packaging of medical products.

  • Performs other related duties as may be assigned by the Supply Chain Manager.

EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associate degree in Business Administration or related field.

  • 1 year of experience that is directly related to duties and responsibilities.

  • Skill in the use of computers and databases. Records maintenance skills.

  • Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control.

  • Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data.

  • Ability to receive, stock, and/or deliver goods.

  • Ability to analyze and solve problems.
