Mantell Associates is currently partnered with a leading organization who is seeking a Operational Excellence Manager to join their team.

Operational Excellence Manager - Responsibilities:

• As OpEx Manager you will support the Integrated Supply Chain Operations team

• You will initiate and drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to improve performance across a range of Supply, Cost, Quality, Safety through application of DMAIC, rapid improvement events, and LEAN fundamentals deployment

• You will lead workshops/projects, and will prepare, execute, and follow-up on workshops across multiple sites and build capability in the organization through project coaching

• You will lead and execute major process improvement and cost savings projects, to deliver financial results within specified time frames

Operational Excellence Manager - Requirements:

• Bachelor degree with minimum 7 years of experience in Operations, Engineering, or project leadership role; Master degree with 5+ years

• 3 years experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Distribution preferred

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, or Master Black Belt with sufficient change management expertise

• Proven track record of deploying a range of tools/approaches to improve operational performance

• Excellent communication, organization, planning and presentation skills
