Are you black belt lean six sigma certified?

Do you have a passion for lean manufacturing?

This role’s focus is going to be driving and improving the organization’s operational effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and change, and having the ability to actually make an impact in an organization that values it.

Operational Excellence Manager Responsibilities:

• Initiate and implement Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to improve performance across several key measures (Supply, Cost, Quality, Safety)

• Work with site leaders to develop multiyear CI plans and assist them in tracking progress

• Lead workshops/projects

• Prepare, execute, and follow-up on workshops and training across multiple sites

• Identify new project opportunities

Operational Excellence Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 7 years of experience in Operations, Engineering, or project leadership role (master’s degree with 5+ years)

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Distribution preferred but not required

• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, or Master Black Belt with sufficient change management expertise
