As a Medical Science Liaison (MSL), you will serve as a vital link between our organization and healthcare professionals, researchers, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the medical community.

Your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain strong scientific relationships, providing medical and scientific expertise in support of our products and therapeutic areas. You will contribute to the development and execution of medical strategies, ensuring the accurate and ethical dissemination of medical information.

Medical Scientific Liaison - Responsibilities:

• Scientific Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert in assigned therapeutic areas, staying abreast of the latest scientific and clinical developments, competitor landscape, and treatment guidelines.

• KOL Engagement: Identify, establish, and foster relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and medical organizations to facilitate scientific exchange and collaboration.

• Education and Training: Provide scientific and clinical education to healthcare professionals through presentations, discussions, and training programs. Deliver tailored medical education materials to meet the needs of various audiences.

• Clinical Support: Provide clinical support and guidance to healthcare providers, including responding to medical inquiries, addressing off-label inquiries within regulatory guidelines, and facilitating access to clinical trial information.

• Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Marketing, and Sales to align on medical strategies, initiatives, and messaging.

• Clinical Trial Support: Support clinical trial activities by providing scientific expertise, protocol education, and assisting with investigator-initiated studies (IIS) and other research collaborations.

• Medical Information: Respond to inquiries from healthcare professionals, patients, and internal stakeholders regarding product information, clinical data, and medical literature. Ensure all responses adhere to regulatory and compliance guidelines.

• Advisory Boards and Symposia: Organize and participate in advisory boards, symposia, and scientific conferences to gather insights, disseminate scientific information, and gather feedback on medical and clinical issues.

• Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market intelligence, competitive landscape, and clinical trends to inform medical strategies and support decision-making processes.

Medical Scientific Liaison - Requirements:

• Advanced degree in a relevant scientific discipline (MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent).Prior experience as an MSL or related role within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industry is preferred.

• Strong understanding of clinical research methodologies, pharmacology, and regulatory requirements.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex scientific concepts to diverse audiences.

• Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Commitment to ethical conduct and compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
