​Mantell Associates are currently partnered with a leading Cell and Gene Biotech based in Europe, in their search for a Key Account Manager. This person will be responsible for selling their dedicated service line with a defined territory, this will include a range cell & gene manufacturing services and products.

Key Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Identify new potential markets for selling products/services, develop new profit and revenue streams

  • Participate in internal global sales events and meetings

  • Support the development of promotional materials and marketing strategy

  • Develop and execute Key Account Plans for each of the accounts

Key Account Manager Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years direct sales experience in related to the Life Science/Biopharma market

  • Strong self-starter with a consultative selling approach

  • Analytical skills and strategic thinking

  • Must be determined and focused on Goals and Objectives, set by management team and achieve desired results
