Mantell Associates is currently partnered with one of the most innovative organisations inn the Biotechnology space. The are leading manufacturers of services and instruments within the space, having a 90% market share in the US - success they are looking to replicate in EMEA this year.

Key Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed sales objectives while maintaining acceptable profit margins

  • Work closely with both new and existing customers to understand their needs and application methodology, and provide suitable solutions

  • Foster strong partnerships with product management and marketing teams

  • Develop strong relationships with key customers, allowing for account expansion and rapid product introduction

  • Build trust with major clients at all levels of their organisation

Key Account Manager Requirements:

  • Scientific, Masters or PhD degree required

  • Minimum 5 years direct sales experience in capital equipment related to the Life Science / Biopharma market

  • Strong negotiation skills, including at senior levels of the organisation

  • The ability to navigate a multicultural environment both internally and external.
