Job description

Mantell Associates is partnered with a hugely dynamic Medical Device firm who have become industry leaders in the Biotech space. They are seeking a Biopharma Account Manager to be responsible for selling the dedicated product line within the defined territory: including instruments and any accessories, starter kits, service contracts and consumables sold at the point of sale.

Key Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that sales objectives are met or exceeded within acceptable profit goals

  • Work directly with existing and new customers to identify their needs, understand their application methodology and apply this knowledge to offer an viable solution

  • Expected to build a strong partnership with product management and marketing business units

  • Building high-level relationships with key customers to enable key account expansion and rapid new product introduction into existing and new accounts

Key Account Manager Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years direct sales experience in capital equipment related to the Life Science / Biopharma market

  • Bioprocessing knowledge is required

  • Experience with imaging, microfluidics, osmolality, cell line development, Biopharma quality control, regulatory compliance is a plus
