Mantell Associates is partnered with a reputable organization and aims to strengthen its Sales team by appointing a Key Account Director for an exciting and fast growing CRDMO. This position requires a deep understanding of the biologic services industry, including biopharmaceuticals, contract research organizations (CROs), and related services.
Key Account Director Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to identify, target, and win new business within the biologic services sector
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the industry
Understand customer needs and requirements, and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for business growth and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective customers, and negotiate terms and conditions to close sales
Monitor and report on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback to management, and provide regular updates on progress towards sales targets
Key Account Director Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, biotechnology, or a related field
Proven track record of sales success in the biologic services industry, including selling to biopharmaceutical companies, CDMOs/CRDMOs, and related organizations
Strong knowledge of biologic services
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
