Mantell Associates is partnered with one of the most exciting global CDMO organisations who is seeking a new HR Business Partner to join their team. In this role you will be responsible for all HR related activities from transformation, integration and leadership for the business.
HR Business Partner - Responsibilities:
Liaise with line management and provide daily HR support
Interpret trends and metrics with the HR department to analyse
Address complex employee relations issues and grievances
Lead and work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and improve productivity and retention
Update and review HR policies, procedures and guidelines and enforce organisation values
Champion a performance culture and continuously review productivity and employee development making recommendations for improvements
Control the HR budget and report on current and future staffing costs and initiatives
Lead on special projects and communicate and direct on strategy and implementation
Coach, mentor and support staff members to identify their individual strengths and development needs
Ensure that the human resources programs and initiatives are implemented effectively and efficiently
HR Business Partner - Requirements:
Proven experience in Human Resources
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Be able to problem solve and demonstrate operational and strategic skills
Ability to work with cross-functional teams to achieve organisational goals and objectives
Comfortable in developing team members and empowering staff
