Mantell Associates is partnered with a growing organisation who is searching for Head Of Site to lead their number one site. As Head Of Site, you will overview numerous departments and have P&L responsibilities.
Head Of Site - Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a large team of employees, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth and expansion
Manage and oversee all aspects of operations, including supply chain, logistics, and inventory management
Monitor and analyze performance metrics and report to senior management on a regular basis
Oversee production and quality departments
Be knowledgeable of, and pay attention to, tax liabilities, implications, and exemptions of company actions
Continuous growth of capacity and profitability
Ability to support the Business Plan by developing strategic business interventions and strategies with the leadership teams
Ability to design and take ownership of the strategic vision for a complex business, as well as communicating, orchestrating and leading its delivery
Head Of Site - Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in a leadership position within the beauty or consumer goods industry
Proven track record of driving growth and profitability in a competitive market
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a global team
Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial performance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth
Fluent in English and French
