Mantell Associates is currently partnered with an expanding CDMO in their search for a Head of Sales to become part of their Biologics & Vaccines business unit.

Head of Sales, Biologics & Vaccines - Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enforce the company's sales strategy, in collaboration with the business and Board members, aimed at expanding the company's activities beyond its current scope

  • Lead and expand the company's sales team, in line with the agreed strategy, to surpass business expansion and profitability goals

  • Implement global sales strategies that align with the company's objectives and drive revenue growth

  • Collaborate closely with the senior leadership team

  • Build and develop a dynamic, fast-growing, and entrepreneurial sales team

  • Identify new strategic business opportunities through targeted prospecting and close new deals

  • Foster and develop relationships with new companies and institutions



Head of Sales, Biologics & Vaccines - Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, or any other related field to Life Science

  • Extensive working experience in a Sales position within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment

  • Possess interpersonal skills that will encourage openness and trust both internally and externally

  • Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
