Mantell Associates are partnered with a leading global CDMO on the search for a Head of Quality to join their team in Madison, Wisconsin.

Head of Quality Control - Responsibilities:
Manage all Quality Control operations;
Mentor, coach and supervise a team of 40 people;
Liaise with various internal and external teams to ensure the QC schedule is aligned;
Prepare, review and approve documentation as required;
Be the face of all QC matters during regulatory and customer inspections;
Head of Quality Control - Requirements:
BS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Biology;
10+ years in a cGMP pharmaceutical or CDMO environment;
Leadership experience required;
Knowledge of cGMP for APIs and cGMP for pharmaceutical manufacturing;
