​Mantell Associates is partnered with a rapidly growing Biologics CDMO on their search for a Head of Project Management based in Europe, where you will be an integral member of the PMO and report to the Chief Business Officer. Your responsibility will be to lead, execute, and deliver strategic client and internal projects, act as the primary crossing point with the clients and lead client meetings with the team. Do you have PM experience within the CDMO or Pharma/Biotech space?

Head of Project Management - Responsibilities:

• Lead the PM function and grow a high-quality team

• Effective planning, implementation, and execution of multiple contracted activities from development through GMP activities for biologics

• Consistently organising, attending, and participating in stakeholder and client meetings

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop project deliverables and meet overall goals within set budgets and timelines

• Communicate and cooperate cross-functionally to ensure alignment, support company objectives and goals and to build and maintain positive client relationships

Head of Project Management - Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline

• 8+ plus years of experience in a GMP facility or Biologics project management

• Wide experience with recombinant protein production, mammalian technology, both early development and GMP-related activities across multiple product types

• Leadership, influencing and interpersonal skills

• Expertise in managing project scopes, timelines & deliverables and ability to manage large or multiple projects
